Sticky Chat Button at Right Bottom Corner
The Sticky Button is configured on the right bottom corner on this page. It comes with pop up contact form once the sticky button is clicked. As a demo, this will be routed to our 2ConnectMe live agent to answer the query.
Sticky Button can also be setup with Direct Voice Chat or Video Chat which is configurable through the URL of Chat Room of 2ConnectMe.
Agents can use our 2ConnectMe App on Desktop and Mobile devices to answer the customer chat.
Agents even are able to use WhatsApp to answer the customer chat.
